Learn from our very own Hotel Tango crew how to make your own infusion & simple syrup. Once you have that knowledge, our bartenders will teach you how to make a cocktail with those ingredients to impress your guests at your next party. Tickets include two cocktails, recipe cards for each ingredient and a 750ml bottle of based spirit of the infusion that will be taught. Two sessions available; 6pm & 8pm.
