This Tapas at Tango is all-noodles, with five courses by Black Eye Take Out paired with five cocktails by Hotel Tango.

1. Vegan. Zamen (zucchini) noodles. Broth heavy on butternut squash. A cauliflower purée and some edible garnish.
2. Seafood. Squid ink black noodles. Broth flavored with mussels and shrimp. Flaky piece of white fish. Colorful roe garnish.
3. Pork. Mazemen ramen (no broth). Concentrated pork drippings in a almost gravy. Deep fried crispy pork pieces. Peas. A soft boiled quail egg. Nutty Parmesan cheese.
4. Chicken. Black Eye Broth (pork/chicken miso). Roasted cherry tomato. Fresh corn. Spicy fried chicken nugget.
5. Cold soba noodles. An apple broth. Fresh wasabi. Julienned apple soaked in sake.
